Leadership

Alpha Phi Omega strives to develop our members as leaders through service to others. This approach builds the leadership skills of our members while fulfilling a need on campuses and in communities, therefore leaving a lasting impact on our nation.

Friendship

Our principle of Friendship is actually embodied in everything we do in the Fratenity. As we develop Leadership in ourselves by attaining positions of responsibility in our chapters or in our sections or regions, we build friendship. When we conduct Service projects that encompass our four areas of service, the opportunities to further our friendship are unlimited.

Service

Alpha Phi Omega provides a foundation of leadership skills to its members that is developed through service to others. As the largest Greek-letter organization as well as the largest collegiate service organization, the work of its chapters since 1925 has had significant impacts on individuals, campuses and communities for decades. The purpose of this Fraternity shall be to assemble college students in a National Service Fraternity in the fellowship of the principles of the Boy Scouts of America as embodied in its Scout Oath and Law; to develop Leadership, to promote Friendship, and to provide Service to humanity; and to further the freedom that is our national, educational and intellectual heritage.
